by Jess Lee | December 21st, 2011

“Dark Was The Night” was Red Hot’s twentieth compilation album benefiting HIV/AIDS charities around the world. It was also one of the most successful, featuring over 30 exclusive songs and covers from a wide range of creative musicians.

Check out one of Dark Was The Night’s songs here, in D’Addrio & Company’s new commercial! If you’re curious, D’Addrio & Company is an American-based maker of high quality accessories for a variety of instruments.)

The ad also features Bryce Dessner of The National, one of the featured bands on Red Hot’s album!
